I think this is my favorite dealership I've ever been to in my life. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They're always fair priced with repairs and even throw in freebies here and there. I mean that never happens at a dealership!!!

Ryan in service has no recollection of any issues. Brian doesn't recall any issues since he helped with your car remote. Bruce says he's not aware of anything. Finally, attempts to reach you at your 618-982-XXXX get us a recording that the number cannot be completed as dialed. Ryan, Bruce, and Brian are very helpful, maybe try calling one of them since they cannot reach you.

Terrible service. Will not return phone calls and hangs up on potential needed service calls. Never seems to be available for after the sale services! Terrible!
