The service is wonderful. But the waiting room and comfort of that area is not up to Mercedes standards. Mechanical Service is great, attention to cleanliness not so great! Drivers seat and center console when delivered had black grease marks. That takes two stars of overall. CSR entered a full detail service at the next service scheduled at no charge!
