My service advisor was extremely professional and friendly. However, I was disappointed to learn that they did not offer a courtesy shuttle while your vehicle is being serviced. Also, a loaner wasn't available. I had to take Uber to/from home while I waited the 6 hours my car was in service.

Stay away. I brought my car in to have a window repaired and driver sideview mirror. After almost 2 weeks, they re-installed same glass window, replaced sideview mirror but broke the passenger one while washing the car. The bill was $2500 and it took another 3 weeks to get replacement side mirror....
