Bought used car here. No warranty provided but I was told they would cover their vehicle. They did not. The car was not serviced properly before it was re-sold and then a failure occurred in the vehicle. Dealers response was to say it?s not their problem.

We’d be happy to send over photo evidence of our battery test showing that the voltage was low and that a replacement should be installed. We also recommended the air filters based on time and miles. We had no history of it ever being done. Unfortunately, we don’t take the clients car apart to inspect the filter but do go based on history we have on file within our Mercedes Benz service history system.
