And while I regret equally, that your experience with our staff had also fallen short of your expectations, the fact is, that electric vehicles are newer technology and our staff and our customers are learning more each day, about how they perform over time. Like internal combustion engine vehicles, it is not uncommon for the range capabilities of electric cars to vary widely, based on factors such as temperature, driving habits/style and vehicle load. Having been intimately involved with trying to achieve your satisfaction, I feel confident that both Open Road, with the assistance of Mercedes-Benz USA, had extended ourselves in manner consistent with your circumstances.
