Went to MB of Tampa in June 2017 for my E350's annual service. In Feb of 2018 my check oil light came on. Went to a friend's MB authorized service center in Lithia. They found that the dipstick was sitting on the engine block and NOT in the engine. I was down 1 qt which they put in for free....
