I wish I can give the service 4 stars , but I can't . They broke my fuel line during recall I had to go back several time to get the engine bay washed, then the oil dip stick was broken. They did try to make it right , but overall , I wouldn't go back.

Brought in 2020 Sprinter 3500Engine lights on & count downs on screenReplaced faulty DEF parts , & serviced oil & fuel filters. Seems fine. However the engine light came back on, on way home. I’ll get it back in if light stays on. Seems to run fine now.

Service was FANTASTIC.We drove in with a blinking "check engine" light without an appointment the day after Xmas. They ran a diagnostic, found the problem, had the replacement part, and sent us on our way back to NYC -- in three hours!!
