Always a good experience, but please if I leave my car with a full tank of gas with you. Please have the common courtesy to refill it. You used 1/2 a tank over the weekend and returned to me with 1/2 a tank. When I take your loaner car , I have to return with a full tank!!

If it wasn?t for the service rep, I would never come back. Charge for parts that weren?t put on the car. Charge for two sensor systems when only one was installed on the car. Overall, the service department mechanic or whoever was terrible.
