Consumer Replied: I have to say, every time I think about Mercedes-Benz of Valencia, I cringe. This establishment has shown zero professionalism within their service department. I am now going on four weeks with zero response to damage that was done while my vehicle was in their possession.
Over the years, I have dealt with luxury and exotic dealerships throughout the state—Beverly Hills McLaren, for example, is a top-notch establishment. Their customer service, sales, and especially their service department are the absolute best in the business. You can confidently drop off your vehicle for service, hand them the keys, and walk away without a second thought.
Not so with Valencia Mercedes-Benz. When dropping a vehicle off there, you must take detailed photos and do a walk-around video at the time of drop-off or mark my words, you will regret that decision. The sheer lack of professionalism combined with the finger-pointing about who’s to blame for the damage to my vehicle is absolutely absurd.
This disgraceful behavior has not only ruined my faith in Mercedes-Benz of Valencia but has also severely tarnished my opinion of the Mercedes-Benz brand itself.
Do better.
