Jay Valentin Replied: Not a whole lot of good luck here. While driving home to NYC today from Orlando Florida, our brand new 2019 Lincoln Nautilus with 3,200 miles overheated on I95 in Maryland. When we pulled over, all the engine coolant emptied onto the roadway. Had to be towed to the nearest Lincoln dealer. Hopefully, an easy fix but won't find out until tomorrow. In the meantime, stranded in Maryland. Stay tuned.

Although I didnt have an appointment to have my car serviced, I was checked in and told it would probably take an hour and a quarter. My car was ready in fifty minutes! That included washing and vacuuming the car. I would call that outstanding service. Thank you Schumacher.
