I had a very nice experience, from the first day, dropping my sprinter off with Thomas, and great open communication with Scott as they diagnosed and resolved the issue.

Always good work and service advise. A little slow getting the vehicle out at pickup.Also, for Mercedes: whoever designed the seat adjuster on the door is probably not tall, because often my knee hits it and the seat starts to move uncomfortably while I'm in the middle of a turn and such. Sydney was Super friendly and prompt to respond and answer any questions I had. The Business was also able to prepare some of the paperwork ahead of time. This made my time at the actual business location, minimal and super efficient.
