Don't buy anything used. I bought a 2017 vehicle with around 100k miles for 13000$. It lasted nine months before the transmission went out. It's going to cost me another half the price of the vehicle to fix it. Boo.👎 👎👎👎
Response from the owner Replied: Matthew, we are sorry to hear of your experience. Looking at your purchase paperwork, it appears that you were offered a Vehicle Service Contract that would have given you 5 years or 60,000 miles of coverage from your date of purchase. Unfortunately, you declined that coverage. When we inspected your vehicle, the fluid levels of the transmission were at prescribed levels, it shifted smoothly and quietly, there was no slipping or shifting problems, no unusual noises and no leaks or cracks detected. We take our pre-owned vehicle inspections seriously because we want to offer the public the best possible vehicles available. Unfortunately, once in a while something out of our control happens.
