What a terrible terrible experience, their service center here is completely lost and no one has any idea what’s going on. They don’t hold up the high standard a Mercedes Benz service center should have. I don’t even live in Michigan I was just visiting and I had no choice but to leave my car there....

No one introduced themselves when I arrived or when the car was done. The main concern was who was paying for it. Get more comfortable chairs for your waiting area. After 2 hours, they suck. After 5, I questioned why and who bought them.

We bought GLC 300 recently had worst experience with the salesperson.
