Very poor experience. I was ready to purchase a vehicle, when on the day of the appointment he cancelled saying the vehicle was taken to the body shop for a repair. He "forgot" to tell me that the price had gone up overnight by more than $2000. When questioned his answer was "supply and demand"

I had a great experience buying a Sprinter van here. Steve Carlton in sales was a pleasure to work with (highly recommend), Erin in finance was great too. Straight forward and courteous service. Can't wait to come back for the next purchase.
