I always enjoy getting my car serviced at this location. Staff is friendly and waiting area is always well stocked and comfortable. Kevin helped me and explained everything in detail and did not pressure me into making any on the spot decisions. The manger was helpful and friendly too. Great shop.

Response from the owner Replied: Brandon; your review contains, aside from some name-calling personal attacks, factual errors. You did not tell Kevin "the exact problem" with your car aside from maybe the tail lights dont work. You may have known it needed the bulb carriers, but you didn't tell him it would need the connectors and pins along with some wiring work for a proper repair. Before you authorized the diagnostic time, you were clearly told you would be charged a $154 diagnostic fee which, if you authorized the repairs, would be credited toward the bill.We only use Mercedes-Benz factory-certified technicians to diagnose and repair your Mercedes, not the internet.We've been in business at our Downtown Indianapolis location for over fifty years and have many thousands of very happy customers. We're sorry you aren't one of them.

Response from the owner Replied: We don't understand your update, Indea. You've had conversations with Adam, Cliff and Scott; you know the charges weren't just for an alignment and grommet. In addition to diagnosing a suspension issue and the required alignment, you requested that we track down a water leak and you authorized the repairs which were ultimately to seal a leak someone else had caused.To say the bill was for an alignment and $4 part is not correct.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! I Called on a 2020 G63 that had a false website price of 184,000.I was told the price was 205,000. They did this to get public interest. SCAMMERS!

Additionally, the $182,245 price you are seeing on cars.com website for our G63 is the MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) and not the market price.

Took my car there for service for the first time today. Dropped it off at 7:45 and it was done by 11am. Kevin Dilk was my Service Consultant and was great. Best car service experience I have ever had. Will continue to go there.
