1st issue -Took car in for oil change, underskid plate fell off on I-465 ON THE WAY HOME, was told by service advisor "we didn't do this, buy the part etc etc." Also told us to GET IT OFF THE FREEWAY (are you kidding me??? Told by a grown man to go play in traffic) Finally the shop foreman came...
