From the time you dropped off your car thru February 12th, it took approximately 6 weeks and 5 visits from your insurance company for final repair approval.For what it’s worth, your insurance company is the worst of all the ones we deal with when it comes to getting customers cars repaired, in a timely manner, to Mercedes-Benz standards.As for our technician being on vacation, if you’ll recall, David told you another technician would take over to keep things moving.And we NEVER put repairs on the back burner! We can’t put a repair on the books until it’s complete and back in the customers hands.
