I would not recommend buying a car from Mercedes Benz of Chantilly. I bought a used car that needed a rear wheel bearing replaced before I left the dealership, but shame on me I couldn’t hear it at 35mph, but while driving home at 55mph it was clear as day. Can’t trust them. Avoid

Ridiculous service. After 12 days, I’m told they didn’t touch the car for service and recall!! Don’t waste your time, use other location or a private mechanic.

I made an appointment for an inspection for a car I'm thinking of buying. They said they don't do inspections. This is ridiculous. I literally was willing to pay for a service they provide, and they refused. Terrible experience. I hope MBUSA hears about this.

Wes helped me get the vehicle I wanted quickly he had was extremely knowledgeable about the can as well and extremely friendly. The atmosphere here was welcoming. Art the finance associate was also really nice and helped me understand what I needed and want I didn’t for my vehicle coverage
