Stay away!! Super scam!!!! Danny sales manager up charges people! They have been sued!! Stay away from Yulli the sales guy too! They will try and pull one! Read your lease agreement!They are rude and lie. Make sure everything said is in writing!! Beware!!!

Leslie is a great service advisor they did a good job they're expensive $600 for oil change unless you get a coupon and it's a little under three little pricing almost $300 an hour labor price but they did what they said they would no problems

Leslie is the best rep I've ever had. She took care of my EQS 480 the best possible way. She took my car right the way even without an appointment. My flat tire was replaced, car was cleaned and even charged very fast. I definitely recommend Encino Mercedes to each and every one.
