They do not sell an extended warranty .They have no co in place to sell you one and the mercedes warranty is too expensive .All in all Their service is not great and I would never lease or buy from them again .

And yes, in a perfect world, if we had all the parts that come from Germany for all the vehicles we service, our little store would be very large indeed! If we do not know exactly what we need to fix your vehicle before you arrive, we cannot order your parts.Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts do come from Germany and they do take some time to get to us. Typically we receive the parts in 1 to 2 days but, non-standard parts take longer. And this seems to be the case with your vehicle. We are also sorry for the 20 minute wait past your appointment time. We do strive to do our best and if any client needs more time to discuss their vehicles needs or it takes longer to help them out, we will always spend the extra time and effort to make sure they are happy. Unfortunately that does bleed over into our next appointment time and we are striving to do better. We value each and every client and we hope you have a better experience joining us next time.
