Recently took my car for service and cannot be any happier. I was welcomed by a nice receptionist, who showed me where the waiting area is and they have free coffee and cookies. My car was ready in about 1.5 hours and was nicely washed. Overall I had a great experience.

The worst customer service ever. This is how they treat you when you're trying to buy a car. We spent at least 3 hours to negotiate with the sale manager and he gave us $500 discount and %2 interest but then they took us down stairs and this guy told us what ever they told us since morning was wrong...

Classic bait and switch. They pulled me out of another dealer, made me drive across town, texted me saying they'll get the deal. Done only to get into a yelling match with me before leaving.Terrible sales. Do not go here.

Missed opportunity! Anoush (GM) sure wish ran into him while shopping for new car. However because 1st experience SO Horrible went to Silver Star MB instead. The experience there can be hit or miss to, just happened it was a hit causing this place to miss out. However, I must now revisit here...
