However, we did in fact do everything we could to try and get this problem fixed for you. We explained to you that over the years the LCD (liquid crystal display) can begin to fade, and cause the missing portions of numbers on your radio display. We sincerely apologize that this repair cannot be covered, but it simply is just something that occurs after years of use. The damaged areas of both screens were not caused by anything external. Our General Manager, Brad Craig, was in contact with you during the entire time of trying to get to the bottom of this, and get the work covered for you.
