If you value your time and car you are better off going elsewhere. Betten returned our 2023 VW ID4 to us on multiple occasions with damage they caused that we had to point out to them. Our new service center is still finding parts that they damaged.

For two days I have been trying to reach someone in Mercedes service and no one answers and no one calls back. Operator keeps saying they are busy. Guess what? I am busy too! Horrible service! I will drive to Lansing before I let them touch my cars again.

Cost, numerous contacts to approve work that was scheduled to be done, parts were not on hand for work scheduled to be done. Warning light for one of the things scheduled to be done, came on the next day we drove the car.
