UPDATE: you will see at the end of this review that the sales manager from Bettten Imports encouraged me to call him to resolve the matter. I tried calling twice and left a detailed message. Despite this I never received a return phone call. Based on that experience I believe responses from this...

I have noticed many problems that people have had with better import Mercedes and with a said excuse for the experience you have had and then I like that the manager says this and my number call me and let's see about solving the problem, before the customer takes the car elsewhere you have to solve...

I scheduled a test drive with the sales manager. He sent me 3 reminders. I arrived 5 minutes early to find him driving off with a walk- in. Never got my test drive, he let them buy the car while I waited to hear from him.Definitely taking the service for my 2 volvos somewhere else.
