brought my car in for a steering lock repair. they got it done quickly but when they gave me my car back there was black crap all of the front seats and interior door handle (i make it a point to try to keep them clean and keep wipes in my glovebox for that)... reach for my wipes and well look at...

This is one of the least professional dealerships I’ve been to, the service parts department “worker Todd” completely humiliated my wife by being so rude when she asked for assistance. When she brought up that he was being rude he told her “I don’t care, go away”!! What kind of business treats...
