brought my car in for a steering lock repair. they got it done quickly but when they gave me my car back there was black crap all of the front seats and interior door handle (i make it a point to try to keep them clean and keep wipes in my glovebox for that)... reach for my wipes and well look at...

This is one of the least professional dealerships I’ve been to, the service parts department “worker Todd” completely humiliated my wife by being so rude when she asked for assistance. When she brought up that he was being rude he told her “I don’t care, go away”!! What kind of business treats...

Bought a vehicle from them in June and they were supposed to put new tires on and repair the lift for the rear hatch. It's now almost November and they have yet to do what they promised. We have called multiple times and every time they are "looking into it" but have yet to ever call us back....

I bought several cars from this dealership over the past twenty years. Unfortunately, the service went from mediocre to unacceptable, especially during the post-pandemic period. It took this dealership 6-9 months to install a manufacturer's upgrade, and they returned the car to me inoperable...

Shame on McCurley Dealerships!! Deceiving their customers!! We had inquired about two vehicles at two different McCurley locations. They HARD PULLED our credit TWICE within days!! Knowing that BOTH vehicles had been already SOLD prior day!!! Dont trust this dealership with your life!!!
