In addition to the hose replacement, we needed to include labor time to allow our technician to bleed and flush the coolant system properly after the hose was replaced. Regarding the repair cost, we can assure you that our labor rates align with the industry standards and are comparable, if not lower, than some of the other factory-authorized repair facilities within the MBUSA network of dealers. In addition, our customers are offered a quote on the parts and labor before any work gets done, so there is always the option to decline the job if a customer doesn’t find the price agreeable.

Service is overpriced, they charge over 800 dollars for an oil change, if you need a brake job, be ready to pay over 2000 dollars, Labor they claim a job takes longer than it should. Overall I would not recommend servicing your car at Viti.

We would like to clarify that none of our oil changes are over $250.00, but the B-Service, which is a full maintenance service that includes much more than just an oil change, is $800.00 on some vehicles. Brought our sprinter van in for a service/oil change. Love these guys! My car was due for service, they picked it up and gave me a loner for no charge (Vin was the guy who dropped it off, super nice guy!). While my car was being serviced they offered to buff out a scratch at no cost. The service associate that helped me out was Bud, he's awesome too!...
