However, we were not involved in that transaction so we feel there was no injustice on our part by offering you 100% of the Kelly Blue Book trade in value for your E-Class. After looking into the details further, I was informed that the management team had already explained to you that incentives change month to month. This may have been the reason for this misunderstanding. To explain, the original price quoted was for a lease transaction. Mercedes-Benz was offering a $4,460 "lease bonus cash" incentive for the GLC350, the model which you were interested in. However, after you decided not to lease the vehicle the "lease bonus cash" no longer applied; therefore the price becomes $4,460 more. Lastly, just for clarification purposes, the "Viti Advantage" is a unique service only offered by Viti. This entitles our servicing customers to take "advantage" of our Free Pickup & Delivery, Free Mercedes-Benz Loaner, and Free Wash & Vacuum every time you service your vehicle here. I had a recall on the airbags on my 2009 Mercedes C 300 . i brought in the car on the 28 th of September to have the airbags replaced and they replaced the airbag in the steering column and passenger side.7 days later the steering column locked up. they told me it had nothing to do with the airbags....
Bill A. Replied: Tom,We are sorry to hear that you had an unfortunate issue with your steering column shortly after we addressed the airbag recall. However, it is not possible for the airbag replacement to be the cause of your steering column failure as replacement procedure does not affect any of the components of the steering column, only the steering wheel. However, we understand how this assumption could have been made and wish you good luck with your 2009 C-Class moving forward.
