Response from the owner Replied: Hi Pop A Pilot, We have removed our original response requesting additional information, as we have been able to identify you. Please accept our apologies for any extra notifications you may receive as a result. We wanted to inform you that we have looked into the details of your concerns and have identified the cause of the issue. We confirmed that there was correspondence with our team members, and they did everything they could on their end. Unfortunately, when the request for a cancellation and refund was initially submitted, the Mercedes-Benz system placed it in deactivation status rather than approved, and we were not notified. Because of this, we believed the process was underway and no further action was needed. When you reached out again, Aaron checked the system, identified the error, and restarted the process. This process can take 60 to 90 days to complete. It can also only be initiated by the finance department, which is why Robert was unable to assist, and it took longer than expected. We have coordinated with our main office and can confirm that everything has been resolved. The check was mailed on Monday this week, two days before your review was posted. There might be a delay due to the Federal holiday, but you should receive it any day now if you haven't already at the time of this response. We apologize for the long wait and hope this addresses your concerns.
