Consumer Replied: I have reached MB, I tried contacting the GM John Caradang, you, Chris from out of state sales. I left messages several times and none of you had the decency to give me a call back. The assistant of Leah (I believe her name was Lili, reached out to me before this review and implied that what I was saying it wasn’t true that no one could have said to me for example that I had complementary maintenance, well if they don’t know what they are doing there it is not my problem, I was lied to before signing the contract and told differently after, let me tell you Leah that I have records and screenshots of everything including the sales agent specifying that I do have complimentary service. On the 14 I have to may py second month of the lease and I still don’t have license plates, I can’t even use it. No one cares for you after signing the contract. THIS DEALERSHIP doesn’t car AT ALL for customers, it has brought me nothing but an unpleasant experience
