The vehicle you inquired about is an active Mercedes-Benz loaner vehicle that is offered to clients while their vehicle is at our dealership for service. We do update the mileage periodically throughout the month, however, the actual vehicle mileage does continually increase due to loaner use. Regarding the pricing and availability, Mercedes-Benz USA changed their retail programs in January, which now prevents a dealer from selling an active loaner vehicle prior to a 90 day in-service period. Our sales advisor attempted to explain this to you, and we apologize if there was any confusion. The specific vehicle you inquired about will be eligible for retail after January 31st. Additionally, we do have other similar GLC300’s with low miles that are available for immediate delivery.
