We sincerely regret that your recent experience with us did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is important, and we take it seriously. We understand your frustration with the outcome, especially after traveling to visit us. Based on our records, Andy had communicated with you over several days prior to your visit and shared that the vehicle was priced competitively, with limited room for negotiation, due to strong interest from multiple customers. That information was conveyed clearly and documented. Out of respect for your time and interest, we held off another serious buyer to give you the first opportunity to purchase the vehicle. You made an offer well below the asking price, which we declined. We did, however, counter with a $300 discount in good faith. After you chose not to proceed, you later texted Andy offering to buy the car for less than our discounted price, which we also respectfully declined. At that point, we honored our commitment to the next customer, who promptly came in and purchased the vehicle at the listed price. Once the transaction was completed, our manager Tony personally called to inform you, and he also listened to and acknowledged your concerns. Regarding the other aspects of your visit, such as the timing of vehicle readiness and the perceived lack of professionalism, we take full responsibility for any part of your experience that felt disjointed or unwelcoming. We are actively reviewing those details internally to ensure they are not repeated. While we understand this experience was disappointing, our team did act with transparency and fairness throughout the process.
