Terrible service. The service manger lied and did not process a warranty claim. When I asked GM about the issue he refuses to respond to me. Run away fast.
Response from the owner Replied: Mr. Nielsen had repairs done at a independent shop and wanted them covered by MB. On 12-28-17 there was a repair order opened by Jeremiah and I was told that Taylor tried submitting a claim for reimbursement, but the parts that were replaced were not parts that were covered under the special coverage and therefore they would not provide reimbursement. We have never before worked on this vehicle or any other vehicle for Mr. Nielsen.

Three weeks (so far) to get some basic repairs done. No communication. Leave a message? No return call. This is unlike any Mercedes Benz repair shop I've ever dealt with anwill never deal with again.
