No longer live near Tiffin, but always took my Wrangler there even tho I purchased elsewhere. Always been treated well, they keep me informed while service is being performed and updated. I live an hour south now, and always return for oil changes, other issues. They will treat you right!

I have brought my 2012 Dodge Journey SXT in for warranty repairs, and they have always done an outstanding job of keeping me informed of what was actually wrong with my Dodge and did the covered repairs right the first time and did it in a very timely manner!

You are correct in saying that we do not install tires that are not purchased through our parts department. The reason is because we cannot warranty parts that aren’t purchased here so there is no recourse or action that we can take if anything were to go wrong with the tires you purchased from somewhere else. Whereas we do warranty the parts we sell and install. We are a franchise dealer and have rules to follow. We apologize if we were not clear with our reasoning initially, but we will continue to improve!

I've been to this location a few where the salesman says they will call you back don't expect to hear back from them, an over priced cars, an dealing with the Manger on anything doesn't seem to get you far on anything, because he thinks he is right on everything to be his way. I avoid this place...
