We visited the dealership to Purchase a car, the sales manager tried to pressure us to take home a car that had not been detailed. So, we went out of town and bought a car.

Called on Monday for recall part appointment .....the man on the phone suggested that morning at 9:00. Great! When I got there, they we unprepared and I was not on their list. But, Madra was awesome and made it work. It took over an hour which is why I gave them a “Good” but Madra was great.
