Response from the owner Replied: Mr. LeVan, MMG would like to apologize for any confusion with your recent service trip. I would like to review some factual information. Your service visit in January was for a running issue and erratic idle after you had another shop install a throttle body. We found #4 cylinder misfire and replaced the coil and spark plug. Per Mr. LeVan, there was no further issue until this October. This recent visit in October, 26,740 miles later, was for a check engine light and an engine misses. Mr. LeVan did sign and authorize the diagnostic charge prior to any work being started. The technician found the air intake boot loose and not attached to the throttle body. This was corrected and no further miss was found. Most likely this and the wash cap being off was from whomever does your vehicle maintenance. During the vehicle inspection it was noted that your rear brakes looked newer, but your front brakes are at 3mm and ready for replacement. Rear tires are at 3/32s, valve cover is leaking oil into the spark plug tube, the engine oil cooler is leaking, both front stabilizer links are bad and your battery has corrosion on it. None of this is abnormal on an 11 year old high mileage vehicle. We left a message yesterday inviting you and your husband to return to review these items with you on your vehicle.

Drove 1.5 hours to look at a car .. Kept in contact with dealership. Called right before we left ... Got there and was told sorry we sold it half hour ago .. Poor customer service didnt even call to let me know it was sold ...

Heather helped my wife and I buy a Civic. She was awesome, and MMG was REALLY low pressure. We had bought our previous 3 vehicles from another local Dealer, but MMG won us over with their flexibility, and desire to put us in the Civic we (my wife) really wanted. Will definitely be going back to MMG...
