Mercedes Benz of Midlothian Replied: Michael, Sorry you feel this way. Charles responded to your initial inquiry July 25th at 11:59am and texted back and forth with you quickly. He even gave a shipping quote since you are not local to us. The last text communication we had with you was telling you exactly what we needed to get a trade value for your vehicle July 25th at 2:55 pm. Charles then called you to make sure you received the text to which you exited the phone call rather quickly saying you would call him back which never occurred. You then called in and spoke with Austin about getting a value for your trade without sending the information we needed. You then called in today, spoke with Isaiah (not Brian) and still did not provide the necessary information that you were asked for to get a trade value. During that time period someone came in and purchased the vehicle. Thanks for your feedback and happy to share our feedback as well.

It seems no one in service returns calls left on their voice mail. I know they are busy, but we are the customer, And, it’s impossible to “catch” anyone when calling their direct line. Mario Murgado would not be happy.!
