Consumer Replied: After Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz publicly responded to my review saying they couldn’t find my information and asked me to email them, I did exactly that — over two weeks ago.
As expected, there has been no response.
What makes this worse is that management was already aware of the situation. Our 2016 GLC300 was damaged during a routine oil change at their dealership. Mercedes-Benz USA had to get involved, send us to another authorized dealership, and the damage was documented and confirmed. Mercedes-Benz USA ultimately covered the repair.
Feldmann asked us to reach out, knowing the issue had already been escalated — and then failed to respond at all.
That speaks for itself.
We will not be returning.
