Unfortunately, at the time we made a tremendous error on your appraisal that you had every right to take back then. Had you have done that, our business would have been out $45,000. But you decided then to not take the deal. Then you returned 2 months later (likely after you realized that the vehicle wasn't worth nearly that amount) and demanded we pay you what we had originally offered 2 months prior. Had you gotten an actual trade appraisal instead of a worksheet, that trade appraisal would state that our offer is valid for 5 days, not 2 months. Luckily, we had since learned from our mistake and even offered to put your vehicle up for consignment - so if it was actually worth what you claim, someone would buy it for that amount - which seemed fair. You didn't want to do that. As a business owner yourself, you should understand a fair business deal. Unfortunately, you trying to take advantage of our erroneous offer isn't fair at all.

Had a great buying experience with Matt Sack. Was interested in a used car they had advertised on their website.
