Anyone doing business with Mercedes Benz of Clearwater should be very aware of their business practices. They do not stand behind the product they sell. They blame the customer for any issues brought up with regard to a transaction. I purchased a used Certified Pre-owned (CPO) 2020 MB SL in 2022....

Response from the owner Replied: Hello dmr- While we have tried to empathize with you, demanding new wheels and tires 2 years after a vehicle purchase based on assertions that the dealership somehow surreptitiously swapped the wheels you purchased while at the dealership over 2 years ago is not something we can accommodate. Assertions that we "swapped the wheels out" during this purchase are false. Mercedes- Benz of Clearwater simply does not operate in that fashion. The CPO inspection from 11/2/2022 shows there are no indications of aftermarket wheels on the inspection. At no time while in the possession of Mercedes -Benz of Clearwater were the wheels "swapped in a parking lot". Based on the length of time that has passed (over 2 years), our dealership standard operating procedures, our CPO inspection process and the lack of any documentation outside of your assertions 2 years after the purchase that the wheels were somehow "swapped" while the vehicle was purchased, we will not offer assistance.
