Assertions that we "swapped the wheels out" during this purchase are false. Mercedes- Benz of Clearwater simply does not operate in that fashion. The CPO inspection from 11/2/2022 shows there are no indications of aftermarket wheels on the inspection. At no time while in the possession of Mercedes -Benz of Clearwater were the wheels "swapped in a parking lot". Based on the length of time that has passed (over 2 years), our dealership standard operating procedures, our CPO inspection process and the lack of any documentation outside of your assertions 2 years after the purchase that the wheels were somehow "swapped" while the vehicle was purchased, we will not offer assistance.
