Dealer Replied: Eric Horst,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for speaking with our General Sales Manager, Gabe Walman. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration surrounding this experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a couple important details. As discussed, this vehicle does not qualify for Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned coverage due to its mileage, and our team did not advertise it as a Certified Vehicle in person, or on our website. We understand how reviewing multiple online listings may have contributed to some confusion. We later became aware that the same vehicle appeared on Cars.com as “Certified” due to a prior certification at a different location. Unfortunately, third-party platforms can occasionally retain outdated information that is outside of our direct control. That said, we understand how this could be misleading and regret any confusion it caused. Transparency is extremely important to us, and we take pride in providing accurate information at every step of the process. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Gabe directly at 443-875-0471 or gwalman@mileone.com.
