Great Staff and facility. Only complaint was the price of $612 for a backup key. This price does NOT include the cut/emergency key inserted into the fob. That would have been an extra $60. This is a Mercedes-Benz problem, not a problem with South Bay.

45 minute wait to get a service advisor and still I was unable to contact a service advisor to get a quote. I spent over $80,000 for my car and this is how rude I am treated! The dealership was able to service my recall and correct a seatbelt sensor for me which was important. However they attempted to charge me for a service more than 4x what two other service centers would have for a light replacement. I declined and went to another service shop for the right pricing.
