Pathetic service for a luxury car dealership. Make you wait for hrs to tell you they dont have the parts / tires. Not just one time have had multiple issues with them. Ill rather drive extra miles to a dealer ship which treat its customers with respect.

Frank Perri, my service rep, did his usual excellent job.However, it took a day and a half to perform a B servicewhich is about a day too long. In addition, the crew managedto lose the small cap on the rear bumper covering a towmechanism. I'm still waiting for a replacement. It has been a week.
