For a huge dealership, I would expect their process to be more streamlined. I think there are areas of opportunities in their process to improve because I know for a fact that selling a vehicle does not take more than 4 hours. We are not in caveman days anymore!

Jackie has provided an exceptional customer service. She has asked 2 maintenance guys to figure out the noise in my car. They found out it was loose screw in my trunk. The wait time in is minimal. I will bring my car here anytime.

The service advisor did not call me about status of my car until near end of day and then told me there would be delays since there were so many cars in front of mine (which I brought in at 730 am). Then the loaner car was grimy on the inside. Also, they did not address an issue. Disappointing.
