I came in for an oil change. Got additionally a tire rotation and car wash + vacuum as a bonus. It took about an hour and a half from drop off to pick up. I worked on my laptop and sipped hot chocolate in the lounge meanwhile. There is a nice work station, WiFi and coffee bar.

Overall these people are pleasant. However, they seem to have an issues with removing your name or completing DMV information for transfer of title/ownership.
