Be extremely weary of purchasing a used vehicle from here that isnt a Mercedes, or what they call off-brand. It wouldnt surprise me in the slightest that part of their training is to treat off-brand customers with arrogance and distaste. They will talk down on you and not give you the time of day....

While I understand your frustration, we agreed to diagnose your issue and that if it was safety-related or prevented proper use, we would make the repair. The issue is that you will not allow us to work on your car. Instead, you want your own mechanic to make any repairs and expect us to pay for it. This is something that we do not do as we can make any repairs that might be necessary.As we discussed, a higher mileage 8-year-old Jeep will have some vibrations at 75 miles an hour. Again, we are happy to take a look at it.
