Worst experience ever...We just returned from two weeks in Europe, including 24 hours of flights coming back. We arrived to a car that ran until we grabbed dinner. While we do attempt to provide the best service to our clients there are circumstances that arise that prevent us from meeting a client's expectations at times. Per our phone conversation I think many things occurred that made the experience lackluster, some of which were in our control and many that were not. My staff did act as needed regarding the loaner policy, and even though your car was in route and arrived at 10pm, it needed to be present before we could release a loaner. This policy is in place to protect our fleet for all of our client's usage. I do wish the delivery of that policy was done in a manner more fitting of our brand and will do everything within my power to improve upon that due to your valuable input. I am also working with Tarek and Devin to provide the needed updates for the car's repair. The type of failure that has occurred requires an unusually long lead time for parts and a complicated diagnosis to confirm correct repair. Again accept my apologies for your frustrations and I look forward to getting your vehicle back to you in good running order as soon as possible. Had I been given the opportunity to look over the car (rather than repairing it at another facility) I would have been able to investigate the cause and come to a resolution satisfactory to the both of us no matter the cause of failure. Simply accusing us of removing parts on your car for the sole purpose of cutting a wire, when we never performed any repairs, then waiting 2 months to fix it and attempt to send me a bill is not leaving me any room for rectifying a concern. I can assure you we did not cut the wire, but had you brought the car back to me or simply called us to make us aware of your concern prior to repair, we would have repaired it at no cost in order to retain client satisfaction. We have recently made some adjustments in our policies that have effected sprinter customers , as well as some of our smart car and Mercedes Benz customers as well. We do our best to accommodate all our customers to the best of our capabilities with alternative transportation such as shuttle rides within a 10 mile radius of the dealership, Uber rides, and in certain circumstances a Courtesy Enterprise rental vehicle for 24 hours. In regards to service on weekends, service is only open on Saturday from 8 am-1 pm, during this time there are not any available Sprinter Van technicians. Although these may not be the exact responses you were hoping for I do hope this provides some clarification to your specific concerns. The point of us asking for your VIN is to 100% guarantee we are providing you with the exact parts pricing for your specific vehicle. Even though I'm sure you are aware of the model vehicle you are driving, we do always want to confirm all valid information in our system and the only way to do this is with the VIN. In the past quoting customers over the phone or even in person at the dealership without a VIN has proven at times too result in error, which is something we obviously want to avoid. Everyone I worked with at the dealership, especially Christopher and Cory, was respectful, honest, courteous, and helpful. It was the most hassle free, pleasant car buying experience. I will definitely come back to this dealership for purchasing more cars.
SB Replied: Forget my hasty review. Now, I have been trying to reach out to the sales persons and sales managers with follow up needs regarding the purchased car from this dealership with no response from anyone. The salesperson, Cory, asked me of highest rating on the review(s), once the reviews were up, then the people from the dealership apparently no longer care or follow up on one's vehicle needs and unpredictable charge arrived in the mail. I would not consider buying a car from this dealership in the future.
