These guys do not really care. They do not do what they say they are going to do. They are not helpful. A mercedes dealer is supposed to take care of us. These guys did not. They did not return our calls, they did not offer to help us out when we were in a tight spot after our car broke down 1000...

The only Mercedes dealership within 200+ miles. Small location people are very very friendly but the waiting time to get your car in can take up to two weeks....you have to request a loaner 2-3 weeks ahead. If you are used to traditional Mercedes service where you get a loaner every time you leave...

Lost my air conditioning in my new Sprinter while traveling from Bellingham wa to Colorado to welcome our son home from a deployment. 106 outside and no ac. Called service department and they were extremely busy. When Cameron understood the situation, he told us to come in when we got to Boise....
