My car broke a fan belt while I was traveling from Oregon to Utah. They got me in right away replaced the belt and a pulley. Lyle Pearson was absolutely the best. He really went the extra mile.

Response from the owner Replied: Hi TG, Upon reviewing your claim, we found that your car has Continental run flat tires. We have a Company policy that we not repair run flat tires. We also follow the manufacturer's guidelines which state that manufacturers recommend you replace your tires rather than repair them. The reinforced design structure of a run flat makes it extremely difficult to tell whether there's secondary damage and the internal structure has been compromised. Our Service Advisor was following Company, and manufacturer policy and recommending the most safe option for you. We hope this clarifies the recommendation for you, and we hope to see you again at Mercedes-Benz of Boise.
