The first service repair required on my 2018 E 300. The sideview mirrors stopped folding 'out'. The folded in properly, and all the electrical was functioning fine.diagnosis was that a computer update was needed; it was done in short order while I waited (less than an hour).

My C300 had 2 factory recalls and needed an oil change. Service writer was a 10, timeliness a 7. Cost was $ 285 (all oil, filter etc))... I think about $100 too high. So I'd rate my overall experience as a 5 out of 10. Why would anyone have their MB routinely serviced here after their car is out...

Poor communication from the salesman and staff ... several delays in the purchase process due to lack of communication or various changing stories ... I would not recommend this dealership as plenty of other MB dealer options in S Florida.
