My service advisor, Kelvin, followed through on the details of my repair and although my car spent a week there, It didnt feel like I was at the location for an undue amount of time. There wasnt a loaner when I dropped off my car (emergency drop off), but he let me know as soon as one was available....

The Benz went in for Re-Call on the Air Bags. Went in in the morning at 9:00am and was ready by 4:30om that same day. I consider that to be reasonable for the work that was done. The Service rep was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS TO MY WIFE.

After struggling to fix a windshield wiper issue, the service manager hooked me up with Shawn. He was responsive and helpful. I own a 2015 S class and could not understand why new Mercedes wipers were not smooth or quiet. Hopefully my issue is now resolved.

Nice Dealership with Friendly Staff. However, they have no haggle-pricing which pretty much translates to "not a stellar deal." After all the added fees you'll end up paying above kbb pricing.
