Impecable service, we had a problem with one of our tires, it happened on a Friday late afternoon, the asst manager immediately helped us. The name of the gentleman is Raymond Graham and the tire was changed within the hour and they even took the time to wash the car.

We bought a GLC 63s at MB Delray. Our salesperson Joe Taylor is outstanding. I would highly recommend him. The car was used with low miles. We found a few cosmetic items that needed attention and Joe took care of them the next day. Overall great experience and we are very happy with our CPO car.

Jonathan was very helpful and explain the situation. Left the car and they provided me with a ride home. Service was done that evening. They let me know as soon as it was done. Picked it up in five minutes, car cleaned and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience.
