I found the whole sales experience fairly pain free. Dealership was closing for the day and all the relevant people stayed to get the deal completed. No hard sell, no pressure, and dealt fairly. I found the way they did business to be very refreshing.

Poor staff. They had my car on a recalled item and treated it that way. The issues started when I called in to setup the appointment. I asked if they had my part in and was told no but they could get it there in 2 days over the weekend if I wanted to drop my car off it would be done by next Tuesday....
