Worst mercedes dealership in all of Chicagoland, better off going to the other a few miles away. Took my car in to replace a starter, went to pick it up and the screen had a giant black line going across it. They refused to admit they burned it while working on the electrical stuff for the car....

Mark Sarros is a great product consultant who listens and understands your needs before trying to make a sale. Finance was pretty smooth as well and my wife never felt pressured. We have bought vehicles from over 30 auto dealers throughout our life and Loeber is in our top three.
