It is taken very seriously and I am disappointed to hear that you did not receive a 5-star experience. In speaking with our Service Director, it appears your vehicle has 2 open recalls which require an inspection before parts can be ordered. In regards to no wanting the info in regards to these recalls, it isn't that we didn't want it rather our system automatically generates all the recall information with your VIN. You also requested a water leak to be diagnosed which, unfortunately, could take longer than one day.
