My wife took her car into the service department today and was treated horribly and unprofessionally by two different men. Andrew being one them. She was scheduled for a service and windshield chip repair. After getting there, the two men acted like they didn’t even know what a windshield chip was....
Response from the owner Replied: Good morning, Cameron. Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the experience your wife recently experienced. After reading through your feedback and looking into the packages sold to this VIN (by another dealership). It sounds as though there was some miscommunication, we do see a lot of windshield chips, but we do not perform those repairs, they are performed by a third party, that should have been explained to your wife more thoroughly during the appointment process. Also, there is no windshield warranty package attached to the VIN your wife brought in, you may want to speak to your selling dealer, as we cannot correct that if it has been paid for through another dealer. I would also like to apologize for the incorrect estimate of time for the service performed on your wife's vehicle. I can assure you we value our client's time, and we will strive to do better in that regard. As far as the "gaslighting and being yelled at" statement, I would like to get more information on that if possible? Please feel free to contact me, (435) 634-7502.Rick McBride
