Maybe jts my expectations but every Mercedes-Benz place I've been in made you feel like they have been waiting on you. All employees approach with smiles and a gratitude for serving. This one was terrible. Not friendly, no one spoke, no one to greet you. Everyone looked angry. Just terrible.
