Bill Beller was very helpful and they completed the work pretty quickly. We did not like sitting in the waiting room with masks, but all the staff were masked up and it felt pretty safe. They do have outdoor seating but nothing covered or warm for the rainy weather that day.

Mercedes-Benz of San Jose, and in particular my sales associate Antonio, did an amazing job with my recent purchase. The transaction was carried out safely, comfortably and courteously. They even brought the vehicle to my home on a flatbed - and this was a pre-owned Ford, not a Mercedes!
