For the price they are charging, you would think you get good service. I had the car in for a recall, the job was done so poorly that I ended up fixing it myself. The connector was left loose and the wires were close to getting caught on something.

They're very friendly when they sell you the car. However, the financial center NEVER EVER picked up my phone! I've called at least 30 times recently, but nobody picked up the phone, I have to get there in person to see someone and ask my questions. Not buying any car from you any more!

Replied: Joseph Sanfilippo did a great job!I don't write many reviews, but this is well warranted. I was first impressed with "Joey's" communication. Email, phone, and text, he was there for me even on his days off. I really knew what I wanted and he did not try to upsell me at all. He was able to get me a vehicle from another dealership in a day. I bought the car in less than 4 hours. Joseph and Finance Manager Dusan were both fantastic. Joseph has even been keeping great communication with me on the car weeks after I bought it. I didn't even spend $50k, but they treated me as if I bought an S Class. I'm very happy choosing Mercedes and very happy with Mercedes-Benz of San Jose.

Recall appt! I found the customer service number isn't local and they didn't give an accurate time of waiting so I had to find a ride home until my car was ready few hours later. Customer service should better communicate with my local dealership for wait time. Otherwise, Micah is very pleasant!
