Complete scam paid them $250 to fix a problem,turns out they next fixed the problem only gave me a jump start and told me they fixed it.Turns out all i need was a new auxiliary battery.If i could give zero stars i would.

DO NOT buy from Cavender- Mercedez Benz of Lubbock. They will sell you malfunctioned vehicles with a service contract that does not cover any issues with the vehicle. Then on top of that if it is covered they expect you to cover all rental/loaner fees personally.

Take your Mercedes, it’s diagnosed and “repaired”! You drive home and it is not fixed. You take it back and they don’t refund you for their non repair. Josh was terrible and unhelpful. I bought a certified pre-owned. When I checked for a spare tire, well, it was empty. Got home and discovered the rear wiper was missing. Called and was told it's not covered by warranty. But they would sell me the parts. So be informed certified pre-owned only means higher prices.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dealership. My husband and I came in to look at a used car and when looking at the potential payments I was cut off mid sentence by the loan manager (Taylor I think). I was completely disrespected and treated like a child. Will never be returning.
