After 17 years of doing business with them I buy a car instead of leasing and feel like you become a nothing to the service department. I have been misinformed by Mr. Conner on the needs of my car and let down on customer service. I will never waste my time at this service department again.

Connor in service was fantastic! He was proffesional and explained everything well and kept us informed. We were in and out in a timely manner. Although we interacted with several employees, Connor went above and beyond. We are exceptionally pleased and highly recommend this particular dealership!

I'd just like to say that customer service during & after hours MATTER - the employees at this dealership do not care about the customer after 6pm. If you desire QUALITY customer service please reach out to Robert Coleman with Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. THEY SHIP!!!

We close at 6:00pm and the sales force left prior to you arriving. We're sorry we didn't have anyone from sales here.
