It's also our practice to give people, regardless of their gender, a clear, straight answer. Tire life is an estimate, depending on driving style and several other factors. We mentioned to your wife that you would probably need tires in the next few thousand miles. Your tire shop estimated 10,000. We simply gave you our opinion on how long you could safely drive on the tires. We would rather be slightly conservative, then you have a tire blowout, jeopardizing you or your wife's safety. That we didn't recommend a tire rotation, is illustrative, that we don't try to "sell" services to our customers, if we don't feel them necessary. That said, I apologize for any miscommunication and hope you'll reconsider doing business with us, as we truly care about maintaining the cars that you and your wife drive and giving you the excellent service you expect. -The Mercedes Benz of Winston Salem Team

I brought my ML350 here for an "A" service. It was expensive as I expected but the additional charges were outrageous. $10.50 for windshield wiper fluid service. It was about a cup low, so that makes their special fluid around $160.00 per gallon. Maybe it was imported from Saturn or Venus....

We've bought 2 cars from here and they've taken care of our cars for 16 years. They have an excellent service department and friendly staff. We just call Gene Walker and he takes care of everything. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They are a 10 star dealership!
