I have taken my wife's BMW here to get repair on multiple occasions for various reasons. When getting repairs and advice, the technicians are always extremely helpful and friendly. However, their service desk is almost never attended and it takes us forever to do something as simple as picking up a new key.

My tire went bad while travelling from Boston to NC and stopped by at New Country BMW service center with no appointment. They were very welcoming and accommodated my request and replaced tires and did necessary additional inspection without any additional cost or over markup.
