Very Slow response and not any more reliable dealer. This morning we took our car for a oil change. By the time we came home, engine oil level seems to be dropped to minimum already. We thought some thing is wrong and called the dealer and left a message. After 6 hours still no response yet. Left 2 more message, Still no one called us back. So yesterday i went in for my regular servicing and let me tell you Jevaughn has the best customer services skills and patience I've seen in a long while. I have never had a poor experience with any of the staff and even as I waited for Garey to finish up with a customer, several sales associates asked my if I wanted anything to drink. I have taken my wife's BMW here to get repair on multiple occasions for various reasons. When getting repairs and advice, the technicians are always extremely helpful and friendly. However, their service desk is almost never attended and it takes us forever to do something as simple as picking up a new key.

I had the up most experience with New Country BMW in Hartford. Very pleased with the staff. Especially my sales representative Steve Rothman!!! He made me feel SO comfortable, as nervous as I was. He did not once pressure me, kept me updated, and I found him to be honest. I am loving my new and first BMW..... I highly recommend this dealership. And if your looking for a new BMW..... My tire went bad while travelling from Boston to NC and stopped by at New Country BMW service center with no appointment. They were very welcoming and accommodated my request and replaced tires and did necessary additional inspection without any additional cost or over markup. Their price on 2 tire replacement and wheel balancing was much cheaper than many other service centers (after I inquired). I really appreciate their help and service.

I recently brought my z4 into the dealership (for the 3rd time in the past 5 months) which is 100% my own fault for not taking care of my car. Marc was my service adviser and he was amazing!!!!
