Dropped my car off for a regular maintenance check, got a call from my advisor saying my speakers were blown. I'm confused on how this was possible when I don't listen to my radio and only occasionally drive my vehicle. Also, I wasn't aware you don't get your car washed after a scheduled service.🤔...

The problem with your speakers was discovered during our inspection of the vehicle and we just wanted to make you aware of it. The issue turned out to be an electrical problem within the radio itself and was covered by your vehicle's warranty at no charge to you. We have not stopped doing courtesy washes on vehicles when they are in service so we apologize for the miscommunication and for failing to wash your vehicle. We will be happy to wash your vehicle for you at no charge whenever it is convenient for you. We appreciate your business and your feedback.

I changed my review to 5 stars because my prior review was over a misunderstanding. Miller Warren from Mercedes called me and we straightened it all out. He couldn't have been nicer and after our talk I can say I will be going back if the need arises.

Had Schedule B service done. While there, inspection revealed leaks in rear axle (both sides). I have a Sprinter Van/RV that is 4x4. The repair was covered under warranty, repaired and returned before promised.Johnny Rogers, service advisor, kept me updated on progress the entire time. Well done!!

A little disappointed... my car has an engine light on and I tough after oil change could go away, well it didn't and and no one from the service department brought the issue up or advice a different appointment to address it.

I bought a used car from them and the experience was GREAT. My sales associate Bryce Johnson was second to none and kept me in the loop on everything from my wire transfer to paperwork and transportation of the vehicle to me in a different state.
