While we respectfully disagree with many of your claims, we take particular issue with the comment "we many not be a good fit for you as a military member". That was never said, nor intimated and nothing can be further from the truth. We have a proud history of backing those serving our country and community, whether it be military or first responders. As for transparency and clarity, that's exactly what we tried to provide on Saturday...we're not going to provide information until we know we have the correct information.
