We will send you a copy of the recording if you like. As for the rest of your review, we were indeed trying to help you. Your Sprinter came in without an appointment and knowing your circumstances, we were going to work it into the shop as quickly as possible. As for waiting for parts, we were simply saying that if parts had to be ordered, it would take some time to get them. This is the case with all vehicles, all dealers and all manufacturers.

I paid $234 for nothing theres sound came from Engine and other sound when I reverse my car they didnt fix it

FALSE ADVERTISING!! I Called on a 2020 G63 that had a false website price of 184,000.I was told the price was 205,000. They did this to get public interest. SCAMMERS!

Additionally, the $182,245 price you are seeing on cars.com website for our G63 is the MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) and not the market price.
