Of the 6 emails that were sent, 4 of those emails were opened by you but we never received any kind of response.After your visit to our store on Saturday, February 24th was cut short, we did try to follow up the following week, but again, got no response.

We know what we've offered as a trade in value and what you told us other dealers have offered and it is far far less than a $25,000 "loss". How were you deceived? You visited us first in January of this year. Then again in July to look at vehicles. Then again in October when you found a vehicle you wanted. It seems like you did quite a bit of research, so how exactly did we scam you? If you've purchased 10-plus new vehicles you know the steepest depreciation occurs in the first days and weeks of ownership. You recieved top dollar for your trade in and we also discounted the new car. Is that how we disrespected you? Everyone here treated you with the utmost respect and courtesy; to say anything different is just plain wrong.

Not that it excuses the sloppiness, but please give us a few points for the fact that you stopped in without an appointment and were not charged for the oil.When you did come back, we cordially cleaned up the excess oil and, of course, apologized. We also pointed out the concern that your Mercedes was so low on oil when you first came in that there could be something more serious going on. We offered to have you stop back in a week (this coming Thursday) so that we may check the oil again in case something may be going on. Again, we offered to do this at no charge.We have been trying to be accomodating.
