The alternator is barely hanging on by the bracket. You say you want us to replace it, but the oil leak above it is so bad it will ruin the new alternator (hence the other needed work). We could replace the alternator but you’d be wasting your money and we don’t want to see that.

We know what we've offered as a trade in value and what you told us other dealers have offered and it is far far less than a $25,000 "loss". How were you deceived? You visited us first in January of this year. Then again in July to look at vehicles. Then again in October when you found a vehicle you wanted. It seems like you did quite a bit of research, so how exactly did we scam you? If you've purchased 10-plus new vehicles you know the steepest depreciation occurs in the first days and weeks of ownership. You recieved top dollar for your trade in and we also discounted the new car. Is that how we disrespected you? Everyone here treated you with the utmost respect and courtesy; to say anything different is just plain wrong.
