We tried to do the right thing…when you found your original estimate after the work was done and you had left, we said no problem, we’ll of course honor the estimate (you’re right, we should have known about it). However, the difference was in the number of hours, not in the hourly rate. Because your non-Mercedes after market warranty company paid for the original number of hours (you paid for the difference in rate) we owed both of you a refund, which we tried to explain, but you hung up on us. You wanted us to issue the entire refund to you, including what was due the warranty company.
