service department is awful. They never have parts in stock and it takes several weeks to get your car back. Almost never have loaners available, so you're out of luck

STAY FAR AWAY. I own an AMG and I cannot reiterate this enough. The service "manager" Nick Crisafi is the biggest douchebag you'll ever come across. The entire stealership will lie and deceive you to get your business and then claim things were "already that way" on the car to try and get you to fix...

Great salesman, Sam. The GM was trying to play games with our trade-in value so the dealership could make more money with the financing option that they were giving us. I tried to leave and he started being rude and saying that I didn't understand. It was not a good experience. I was willing to pay...
