Love this place. Had to drop off my GLE350 for service, and Peter immediately took care of it, and had it ready the same day!! Service is the most important thing when it comes to car dealerships, and because of the great service, I will not hesitate to buy my next Mercedes right here in Syracuse!

They can sell you a car, but forget about having them fix it and don’t even think about trying to get a part there. The service and parts departments are atrocious. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. And if you need service, find one of the local aftermarket shops.

Took my car in for service thru the dealer I bought it from, when returned the AirForce lanyard my son gave me from when he joined the service was missing and key phob was broken.Asked about it and told oh well, guess they dont like the military and are not responsible if anything is damaged or stolen.
