It is good to hear that you were able to go to your local dealer and have that service performed under your warranty as they were open. I appreciate our discussion and that I was able to convey our policy. Our policy is intact for every client, and we prohibit discrimination against anyone based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability regardless of any circumstances.We were provided the phone number to the 3rd party Nissan dealers warranty, and they were closed so we were not able to obtain the Pre-Authorization that is required to do before any work is performed. We gave an option to prepay for the service and you can submit for reimbursement, or we can reschedule for a time when the 3rd party warranty is open. You called your dealer, and they advised you the same thing, that you could prepay and receive reimbursement. The manager on duty also reiterated that we would gladly do the work, and you can claim for reimbursement. Please contact me anytime in the future directly as I will be glad to help you personally.
