I finally went back after dealing with these shysters 10 years ago. Thought things might’ve changed. They’re still the worst dealer I’ve ever been to anywhere. I now need to make a trip to Spokane to see a real Mercedes dealership for a simple issue that could’ve been resolved in under 30 minutes.
